生脉陷胸汤联合西药治疗冠心病室性期前收缩气虚痰热证疗效及对心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨生脉陷胸汤联合西药治疗冠心病室性期前收缩气虚痰热证的治疗方法、效果以及对患者心功能的影响。方法:选择某院2017年1月~2018年12月期间收治的冠心病室性期前收缩气虚痰热证患者共计76例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各38例,对照组患者通过酒石酸美托洛尔片等进行常规西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加以生脉陷胸汤治疗,比较两组患者心电图疗效、中医症候疗效以及治疗前后LVEDD、LVESD、EF等心功能指标水平情况。结果:观察组患者心电图治疗效率为92.1%,中医症候疗效为97.4%,均比对照组患者68.4%与76.3%的治疗有效率更高(P<0.05);在心功能指标方面,两组患者治疗后LVEDD、LVESD、EF与CO均有明显改善,其中LVEDD与LVESD指标下降,EF与CO指标上升,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者心功能指标改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用西药与生脉陷胸汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩气虚痰热证患者,疗效显著,有助于恢复患者心功能情况,改善预后,具有很高的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the treatment methods and effect of Shengmaixianxiong decoction combined with western medicine on qi deficiency and heat syndrome with ventricular premature contraction in coronary heart disease and its effect on cardiac function.Methods:A total of 76 patients with qi deficiency and heat syndrome complicated with ventricular premature contraction in coronary heart disease treated in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine by metoprolol tartrate tablets.The patients in the observation group were treated with Shengmaixianxiong decoction.The electrocardiogram efficacy,TCM symptom efficacy and the cardiac function indicators levels such as LVEDD,LVESD,and EF before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The electrocardiogram treatment efficiency of the observation group was 92.1%,and the efficiency of TCM symptom was 97.4%,which was more effective than the control group(68.4%and 76.3%,P<0.05).In terms of cardiac function indicators,LVEDD,LVESD,EF and CO were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment.The LVEDD and LVESD indicators decreased,and the EF and CO indicators increased.Compared with the control group,the heart function indexes of the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of western medicine and Shengmaixianxiong decotion in the treatment of patients with ventricular premature systolic qi deficiency and heat syndrome in coronary heart disease has significant curative effect,which is helpful for restoring patients'cardiac function and improving prognosisnand has high application value.
