奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗小儿胃食管反流病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探析奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮在治疗小儿胃食管反流病的应用价值。方法:将某院接收的小儿胃食管反流病患儿(共52例)运用数字表法随机分为测验组与参照组各26例,各自运用多潘立酮联合奥美拉唑、奥美拉唑治疗,对两组患儿获得的治疗成效予以评价。结果:两组用药前的总pH<4的时间/总检测时间、反流时间为5min或以上的次数、反流次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,测验组的反流时间为5min或以上的次数、反流次数显著少于参照组,总pH<4的时间/总时间显著低于参照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿胃食管反流病的治疗上,奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮可以有效改善患儿的酸反流情况。Objective:To investigate the application value of domperidone and omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in children.Methods:The children with pediatric gastroesophageal reflux disease(52 cases)treated in a hospital were randomly divided into the test group(26 cases)and the reference group(26 cases)by using the digital table method.Each of them was given domperidone combined with omeprazole and omeprazole alone treatment,then the treatment effectiveness in the two groups was evaluated.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the time of total pH less than 4/total detection time,5 min or more reflux times,and the number of reflux(P>0.05).After treatment,the 5 min or more reflux times and the number of reflux in the test group were significantly less than those in the reference group,the time of total pH less than 4/total detection time was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in children,domperidone combined with omeprazole can effectively improve the acid reflux in children.
