摘　　要：目的:对慢性葡萄膜炎患者的病理体质展开分析,为临床施治提供参考依据。方法:2019年1月~2019年12月期间随机选择某院110例确诊慢性葡萄膜炎患者,同期选择50例健康人进行参照,结合中医思想从体质展开病理分析。结果:根据中医体质分类标准结合临床资料将患者的体质类型分为和平质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质、特禀质9种,不同体质的患者均与健康人群存在较为明显的差异性(P<0.05)。根据相关性分析结果提示:痰湿质以及湿热质可能是造成前葡萄膜炎的主要因素,而VKH以及白塞氏的相关因素主要是阴虚病理体质,除此外,造成VKH以及白塞氏与气虚质和湿热质有较大的关系。结论:结合病理体质分析相关性分析后发现,不同体质的患者所产生的葡萄膜炎类型存在差异。Objective:To analyze the pathological constitution of patients with chronic uveitis and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,110 patients with chronic uveitis in a hospital were randomly selected,50 healthy people at the same time were selected as reference,and the pathological analysis was carried out by combining TCM thought.Results:According to the standard of TCM constitution classification and clinical data,the constitution types of patients were divided into nine types:peace constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,yang-deficiency constitution,yin-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,damp-heat constitution,blood-stasis constitution,qi-stagnation constitution and special constitution,there were significant differences between patients with different constitution and healthy people(P<0.05).According to the results of correlation analysis,phlegm-dampness and dampness-heat may be the main factors causing anterior uveitis,while VKH and Behcet's were mainly related to Yin-deficiency and pathological constitution.In addition,the VKH and Besser's were caused by deficiency of qi-deficiency and damp-heat.Conclusion:In combination with the correlation analysis of pathological constitution,there are differences in the types of Uveitis produced by patients with different constitution.
