摘  要:为了提高微细粒赤铁矿浮选的分选效果,分别对浮选用去离子水和油酸钠溶液进行磁化预处理,研究了磁化预处理对微细粒赤铁矿和石英浮选效果的影响。结果表明,磁化水和磁化药剂均能显著提高微细粒赤铁矿的浮选回收率,且对石英有一定的抑制作用。在pH=9、磁场强度400 mT时磁化水7 min,赤铁矿浮选回收率最高达到83.15%,比未磁化时提高了10.79个百分点;在pH=9、磁场强度100 mT时磁化药剂7 min,赤铁矿浮选回收率最高达到80.14%,比未磁化时提高了7.78个百分点,说明磁化水对赤铁矿浮选的影响要大于磁化药剂。通过对磁化处理前后赤铁矿表面的ζ电位测定发现,磁化处理后的赤铁矿表面的ζ电位绝对值增大,说明磁化处理可以促进油酸根在赤铁矿表面的吸附。红外光谱分析结果表明,磁化处理可以增强油酸根在赤铁矿表面的物理吸附和化学吸附作用。通过对矿物表面质点反应的热力学计算可知,经过磁化处理有可能会促进Fe3+与Ol-反应正向进行,使赤铁矿表面吸附更多的油酸铁从而增加赤铁矿的可浮性。In order to improve the separation effect of fine-grained hematite flotation,magnetization pretreatment was performed on deionized water and sodium oleate solution,and the effects of magnetization pretreatment on the fine-grained hematite and quartz flotation effects were studied.The results show that both the magnetized water and the magnetized agent can significantly improve the flotation recovery of fine-grained hematite,and have a certain inhibitory effect on quartz.When pH=9 and magnetic field strength of 400 mT were used to treat magnetized water for 7 min,the hematite flotation recovery rate reached a maximum of 83.15%,which was 10.79%higher than that when unmagnetized;when pH=9,and the magnetic field strength was 100 mT were used to treat magnetizing agent for 7 min,the recovery rate of iron ore flotation reached a maximum of 80.14%,which was an increase of 7.78 percentage points compared with the non-magnetized state.The results show that the effect of magnetized water on hematite flotation is greater than that of magnetized agents.The Zeta potential of the hematite particles was found to increase the absolute value of the Zeta potential of the hematite particles after magnetization,which indicates that the magnetization treatment can promote the adsorption of oleate.The results of infrared spectroscopy show that magnetization treatment can enhance the physical adsorption and chemisorption of oleate on the surface of hematite.The thermodynamic calculation of the reaction of the particle on the surface of the mineral shows that after the magnetization treatment,it is possible to promote the Fe3+and Ol-reaction to proceed in the forward direction,so that more iron oleate is adsorbed on the hematite surface,thereby increasing the floatability of the hematite.
