摘　　要：ISO/TC 67是石油工业上游领域主要对口的开展国际标准制修订的标准化技术组织之一。受国际贸易制裁的影响,TC 67推出了相应的标准解决方案及新的标准制修订程序。本文针对TC 67现阶段面临的工作形势,阐述了其国际标准化工作现状,详细介绍了其新推出的标准制修订程序,同时说明了执行新标准制定程序下应注意的问题,为我国石油企业下一步在TC 67下开展国际标准化工作产生积极指导作用。ISO/TC 67 is one of the standardization technical organizations which carries out the development and revision of international standards in the upstream field of petroleum industry.Under the influence of international trade sanctions,ISO/TC 67 has launched corresponding standards solutions and new procedure of standards development and revision.In view of the current working situation of ISO/TC 67,this paper expounds the current situation of its international standardization work,introduces in detail its new procedure of standards development and revision,and points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the new standards development procedure,so as to play a positive guiding role for China's petroleum enterprises to participate in the international standardization work under ISO/TC 67.
