摘　　要：本文分析了近5年来我国危险货物运输车辆交通事故数据,发现我国危险货物运输车辆引发的交通事故比例更高、伤亡更为严重,车辆安全故障、驾驶员处置不当及违法驾驶行为是导致事故的主要的原因。基于此,本文详细介绍了欧盟、日本等国家地区的车辆路检路查制度,在此基础上,综合考虑我国危险货物运输车辆安全管理要求、检查方法和效率,按车辆和人员合法性检查、车辆安全性检查、驾驶安全检查三部分提出了我国危险货物运输车辆路检路查标准化要求,以期能对国内公安机关交管部门开展危险货物运输车辆路检路查工作有所帮助,推动落实《危险货物道路运输安全管理办法》。This paper analyzes the traffic accident data in recent five years and finds that road transportation vehicles for dangerous goods have caused higher proportion of accidents and more serious casualties in China.Vehicle safety failures,mishandle of drivers and illegal driving behaviors are the main causes of road transportation vehicles for dangerous goods accidents.It introduces the roadside inspection system of European Union and Japan in detail.On this basis,considering the safety management requirements of road transportation vehicles for dangerous goods,inspection methods and efficiency,the paper puts forward the contents and requirements of roadside inspection of road transportation vehicles for dangerous goods in three parts:vehicle and personnel legality inspection,vehicle safety inspection as well as driving safety inspection.The purpose is to help the traffic management department to carry out the roadside inspection of road transportation vehicles for dangerous goods,and promote the implementation of the Safety management measures for road transportation of dangerous goods.
