保心合剂联合心舒贴治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察保心合剂联合心舒贴对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:将200例在江苏省海门市中医院心内科住院的缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组A、B、C组,每组50例,观察治疗前后各组患者中医证候积分及心功能指标(NT-proBNP、6 min步行距离)。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组中医证候积分明显降低;心功能指标(NTproBNP、6 min步行距离)明显改善。结论:对于缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者联合运用保心合剂及心舒贴治疗,能明显改善患者心功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Baoxin mixture and Xinshu patch on ischemic cardiomyopathy-caused heart failure.Methods:200 cases of selected patients with ischemic cardiomyopathycaused heart failure,who were hospitalized in the cardiology department of Haimen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group A,B and C,50 cases in each group.TCM symptom score and cardiac function indexes(NT-proBNP,6 min walking distance)of patients were observed in each group before and after treatment.Results:Compared with control group,TCM syndrome score of treatment group decreased obviously,cardiac function indexes(NT-proBNP,6 min walking distance)of treatment group were significantly improved.Conclusion:In the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy-caused heart failure,Baoxin mixture combined with Xinshu patch can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients and enhance the quality of life of patients.
