慢性乙型肝炎中医体质与HBV-DNA载量相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:通过调查慢性乙型肝炎患者中医体质与HBV-DNA载量的相关性,为临床治疗和预防提供参考。方法:根据中华中医药学会“中医体质分类判定标准”,对诊断为慢性乙型肝炎的263例患者中医体质进行调查,同时检测患者HBV-DNA载量。结果:被调查患者中,湿热质(25.4%)、气虚质(22.9%)、气郁质(22.1%)、痰湿质(17.0%)、阴虚质(4.2%)、瘀血质(7.6%)、阳虚质(0.8%)、平和质(0.0%)、特禀质(0.0%),不同中医体质类型中HBV-DNA载量不同。且慢性乙型肝炎患者以湿热质、气虚质、气郁质、痰湿质患者为主,其HBV-DNA载量多数大于1×103拷贝/mL。结论:中医体质类型以湿热质、气虚质、气郁质和痰湿质为主,不同体质HBV患者HBV-DNA载量也不同,为不同体质患者采取不同治疗方式提供参考。Objective:To investigate the correlativity between TCM constitution and HBV-DNA load of patients with chronic hepatitis B,in order to provide the reference for clinical treatment and prevention.Methods:According to"Criteria for Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM"of China Association of Chinese Medicine,TCM constitutions of 263 patients diagnosed as chronic hepatitis B were investigated,and HBV-DNA load of patients was tested at the same time.Results:The patients under investigation,damp-heat constitution(25.4%),qi-deficiency constitution(22.9%),qi-stagnation constitution(22.1%),phlegm-dampness constitution(17.0%),yin-deficiency constitution(4.2%),and blood-stasis constitution(7.6%),yang-deficiency constitution(0.8%),yin-yang harmony constitution(0.0%),allergic constitution(0.0%).HBV-DNA load was different in different TCM constitution types.The patients with chronic hepatitis B were mainly characterized by damp-heat constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,qi stagnation constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution;and their HBV-DNA load was mostly greater than 1×103 copy/mL.Conlusion:TCM constitution types of patients with chronic hepatitis B are mainly damp-heat constitution,qi deficiency constitution,qi stagnation constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution;HBV patients with different constitution have different HBV-DNA loads,which provides a reference for patients with different constitutions and different treatment methods.
