摘　　要：备用车组织是调度进行车流调整的重要手段,对企业降本增效、保证运输秩序具有重要意义。阐述备用车需求不断扩大、空车转备用车现状以及备用车组织存在问题,提出铁路备用车组织优化对策,即:完善管理制度,夯实精细化管理基础;完善信息系统,推动备用车组织规范化;加强日常管理,提高精细化管理水平。充分发挥备用车组织的调蓄作用,有利于促进均衡运输和节支降耗,维护调度集中统一指挥。The organization of reserved rolling stock is an important means for traffic control department to adjust train flow.It is of great significance for enterprises to reduce cost and increase efficiency and ensure transportation order.The increasing demand for reserved rolling stock,the status quo of transferring empty wagons to reserved ones,and the problems existing in the organization of reserved rolling stock are expounded in this paper,and then the optimization strategies are proposed,which include improving the management system,consolidating the foundation of fine management,improving the information system,promoting the standardization of reserved rolling stock organization,strengthening the daily management and improving the refined management.It can give full play to the reserved rolling stock organization,promote balanced transport,save expenditure and reduce consumption,and ensure the centralized traffic control.
