摘　　要：为进一步提升铁路散料装车效率,节省铁路散料装车的成本,改进铁路散料装车设备技术和方式,研究设计一种可实现快速装车的新型固定式装车系统。阐述新型固定式装车系统结构组成,在分析新型固定式装车系统具备的高精度计量称重、跨接车厢连续装车、弃料回收等功能的基础上,设计新型固定式装车系统装车方案。该新型固定式装车系统装车快速、连续、精度高,较其他装车方式更便捷、高效、经济,为目前国内散料装卸市场提供了一种新型装车方式,有助于促进散料装车设备技术水平的提升,对旧有场站装车改造具有很好的参考价值。In order to further improve the efficiency of railway bulk loading and save the cost,improve the technology and mode of railway bulk loading equipment,based on analyzing the structure and functions of high-precision measurement and weighing,continuous loading of cross cars and recycling of waste materials,the loading scheme of new fixed loading system is designed in this paper,which has the advantages of fast loading,continuous loading,high precision,more convenient,efficient and economical than other loading methods.It provides a new way of loading for the current domestic bulk loading and unloading market at present,which help promote the technology of bulk loading equipment,and it has a good reference significance for the existing yard loading transformation.
