摘 要:以工业废弃物粉煤灰和普通硅酸盐水泥P·O 42.5R为主要原料,Na OH/KOH为复合碱激发剂,改性松香酸钠为发泡剂,有机硅为防水剂,采用物理发泡工艺制备粉煤灰-水泥基发泡保温材料。通过分析试样的物理性能、热工性能和微观结构,揭示有机硅防水剂对粉煤灰-水泥基发泡保温材料气孔结构的作用机制,以及高湿环境对粉煤灰-水泥基发泡保温材料热工性能的影响。结果表明,加入有机硅防水剂可以显著降低粉煤灰-水泥基墙体保温材料的吸水率和导热系数,并小幅降低其致密程度和力学性能。在高湿环境下,粉煤灰-水泥基墙体保温材料的导热系数会显著增加,而加入有机硅防水剂后导热系数未显著增加。有机硅防水剂对浆料中的泡沫具有保护作用,可改善粉煤灰-水泥基墙体保温材料的孔结构,并在试样的裂纹和孔的表面上形成疏水性的网状薄膜,提高试样的防水性能,从而有效抑制高湿环境下试样热工性能下降。In this study,industrial waste fly ash and ordinary Portland cement(P·O 42.5R)were used as the main raw materials,NaOH/KOH as the alkali activator,modified sodium rosin as the foaming agent,and silicone as the waterproofing agent,a physical foaming technology was used to prepare fly ash-cement-based foam insulation materials.Through the analysis of the physical properties,thermal properties and microstructure of the samples,the effect mechanism of the silicone waterproofing agent on the pore structure and the influence of the high-humidity environment on the thermal performance of the samples were revealed.The results show that the addition of silicone waterproofing agent can significantly reduce the water absorption and thermal conductivity of fly ash-cement-based wall insulation materials,and slightly reduce its compactness and mechanical properties.In high-humidity environment,the thermal conductivity of the fly ash-cement-based wall insulation material will increase significantly,but the thermal conductivity does not increase significantly after the addition of silicone waterproofing agent.The silicone waterproofing agent has a protective effect on the foam in the slurry,which can improve the pore structure of the fly ash-cement-based insulation materials,and form a hydrophobic mesh film on the surface of the cracks and pores of the samples to improve the waterproof performance of the samples,thus effectively inhibit the decrease of the thermal performance of the samples in high-humidity environment.
