摘 要:深圳地区工程渣土是一种含石英、长石、高岭土和黑云母的风化花岗岩土。本试验通过X射线荧光(XRF)、X射线衍射(XRD)和标准水泥胶砂强度等方法研究了利用风化花岗岩渣土制备机制砂和矿物掺和料的可行性。结果表明,风化花岗岩渣土能分离出41.5%用于混凝土生产优质机制砂,细度模数约为3.02,剩余的洗砂泥经过煅烧处理后可作为水泥基材料的矿物掺和料。600℃煅烧洗砂泥,掺量为15%的水泥基材料28 d抗折、抗压强度分别提高5.1%和15.6%,650℃煅烧洗砂泥,掺量为15%的水泥基材料28 d抗折、抗压强度分别提高6.1%和18.8%。深圳地区工程渣土经加工处理可以作为经济效益良好的建筑材料。Engineering residue in Shenzhen area is a type of weathered granite soil containing quartz,feldspar,kaolin and biotite.In this paper,the experimental methods of XRF,XRD and standard cement mortar strength were used to study the feasibility of using weathered granite slag containing medium sand in Shenzhen to prepare mechanical sand and mineral admixtures.The results show that weathered granite slag can not only separate 41.5%high-quality mechanical sand witch can be used to produce concrete(fineness modulus is about 3.02),but the remaining sand washing mud can be used as a mineral admixture of cement-based materials after calcination.The 28 d flexural and compressive strength of the cement-based materials mixed with 15%admixture of 600℃calcined sand washing was increased by 5.1%and 15.6%respectively,and the 28 d flexural and compressive strength of the cement-based materials mixed with 15%admixture of 650℃calcined sand washing was increased by 6.1%and 18.8%respectively.Therefore,the processing of engineering residue in Shenzhen area can be used as a building material with good economic benefits.
