孟河医派膏滋药方调治内科病证用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的研究孟河医派膏滋药方调治内科病证的用药规律。方法收集孟河医派内科病证膏滋药方,采取频次分析、关联规则等方法,对其调治病证及用药情况进行统计分析。结果收集了孟河医派223首膏滋药方,共调治内科病症45种,以虚劳、眩晕、血证、痰饮和腰酸腰痛为主要病症,虚劳最多;调治证型28种,以气虚、阴虚为主。涉及药物(不含收膏药物)390味,以补气药、补阴药为主。虚劳常用药为当归、熟地、白芍等,眩晕常用药为白术、生地、白芍等,血证常用药为白芍、茯苓、人参等,痰饮常用药为茯苓、白术、半夏、陈皮等,腰酸腰痛常用药为熟地、当归、白芍、杜仲等。孟河医派膏滋常用的药物组合有当归-白术、当归-熟地、当归-白芍等,当归在膏滋常用中药组合关联规则网络图中居核心位置。结论孟河医派膏滋调治内科病证虚实兼顾,调虚为主。擅以心肝入手,以养血和血调治虚劳;益气升清调治眩晕;益脾统血,敛肝泻热调治血证;健脾理气,利水燥湿调治痰饮;补肾益精,强健腰脊调治腰酸腰痛等病。整体上膏滋用药主和缓调补而不伤正。OBJECTIVE To study the medication law of Menghe Medical Sect's nourishing ointment prescription for treating internal diseases.METHODS We collected Menghe Medical Sect's prescriptions for treating internal diseases with nourishing ointment and adopted frequency analysis,association rules and other methods to conduct statistical analysis on the condition of disease regulation and medication.RESULTS A total of 223 nourishing ointment prescriptions from Menghe Medical Sect were collected,and 45 types of internal diseases were enrolled.The main diseases and symptoms were consumptive disease,vertigo,blood syndrome,phlegm and fluid,and lumbago,among which consumptive disease took a dominant part.A total of 28 syndromes were regulated,which were mainly due to qi and yin deficiency,involving 390 kinds of medicines(excluding ointment medication),which were mainly to invigorate qi and yin medicines.Commonly used medicines for consumptive disease are like Danggui,Shudi,and Baishao.As for vertigo,we commonly prescribed Baizhu,Shengdi,and Baishao.In terms of blood syndrome,Baishao,Fuling,Renshen and something like were commonly used.Such common medicines to treat phlegm and fluid were as Fuling,Baizhu,Banxia,and Chenpi.While for lumbago,there were Shudi,Danggui,Baishao,and Duzhong.The commonly used medicine combinations of Menghe Medical Sect's nourishing ointment prescriptions were like Danggui-Baizhu,Danggui-Shudi and Danggui-Baishao,among which Danggui occupied the core position in the network diagram of association rules of commonly used Chinese medicine combinations for nourishing ointment prescriptions.CONCLUSION Menghe Medical Sect's nourishing ointment prescriptions treat internal diseases with regulating both deficiency and excess,and deficiency syndromes oriented.They were adept at treating heart and liver which was manifested as nourishing and harmonizing blood to treat consumptive disease,replenishing qi and ascending clearness to treat dizziness,invigorating spleen and regulating blood,restraining the liver and r
