益母草颗粒联合米非司酮及米索前列醇治疗稽留流产疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益母草颗粒联合米非司酮及米索前列醇用于稽留流产中的临床效果。方法:选取某院97例就诊的稽留流产患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组48例采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗;观察组49例在对照组的基础上联合益母草颗粒治疗。比较2组患者治疗后流产、不良反应发生率、完全流产患者流产后临床指标及血清指标的变化。结果:观察组治疗后,完全流产比例高于对照组,不完全流产比例低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者流产失败比例和不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组完全流产患者妊娠物排出时间、阴道出血量、腹痛持续时间和阴道出血持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组HIF-1α和VEGF水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益母草颗粒联合米非司酮及米索前列醇可有效提高稽留流产患者完全流产比例,缩短妊娠物排出时间和腹痛持续时间,改善患者术中各项临床指标,且预后良好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of motherwort granules combined with mifepristone plus misoprostol in treatment of missed abortion.Methods:97 patients with missed abortion treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=48)was treated with mifepristone plus misoprostol,and the observation group(n=49)was given motherwort granules on the basis of the control group regime.Incidence of abortion and adverse reactions after treatment,situation of post-abortion of complete abortion patients,and serum index changes in the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the complete abortion rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incomplete abortion rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in terms of the abortion failure rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The gestational residuum discharge time,vaginal bleeding volume,abdominal pain duration and vaginal bleeding duration in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HIF-1αand VEGF after the treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motherwort granules combined with mifepristone plus misoprostol can effectively increase the complete abortion rate in patients with missed abortion,shorten the gestational residuum discharge time and the abdominal pain duration,and can reduce the vaginal bleeding volume and the levels of HIF-1αand VEGF,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
