摘 要:目的分析冬季项目男子残疾运动员心脏超声特点。方法选取国家队男子残疾运动员60例,运用超声心动图采集心脏结构和功能相关指标。结果冰橇冰球组的左室舒张末期室间隔厚(IVS)显著高于其余3组;越野滑雪组的左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)显著高于其余3组(P<0.05);单板滑雪、高山滑雪和冰橇冰球的相对室壁厚度(RWT)显著高于越野滑雪组(P<0.05);越野滑雪的左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)和左室收缩末容积(LVESV)显著高于单板滑雪组和高山滑雪组(P<0.05)。越野滑雪组的每搏输出量(SV)和心输出量(CO)显著高于单板滑雪组(P<0.05)。结论(1)单板滑雪、高山滑雪和冰橇冰球运动员心脏倾向于以室壁增厚为主的向心性肥大,越野滑雪运动员心脏倾向于心室腔扩大的离心性肥大。(2)越野滑雪运动员的左室收缩功能更强。Objective Analysis of the characteristics of cardiac ultrasound of male disabled athletes in winter sports.Methods Sixty male athletes of the national team preparing for the winter paralympic games were selected,and echocardiography was used to collect cardiac structure and function-related indicators.Results The left ventricularend-diastolic interventricular septal thickness(IVS)of theice sledge hockey group was significantly higher than that of the other three sports groups(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the cross-country skiing group was significantly higher than that of the other three sports groups(P<0.05).The relative wall thickness(RWT)of snowboarding,alpine skiing and ice sledge hockey were significantly higher than the cross-country skiing group(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)of cross-country skiing group were significantly higher than the snowboarding and alpine skiing group(P<0.05),andthey had a higher trend than the ice sledge hockey group(P>0.05).Stroke volume(SV)and cardiac output(CO)of the cross-country skiing group were significantly higher than snowboarding group(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)The heart of the disabled athletes of snowboarding,alpine skiing and ice sledge hockey tended to be concentric hypertrophy,which was dominated by thickening of the ventricular wall;the heart of the disabled athlete of cross-country skiing tended to be eccentric hypertrophy with enlarged ventricular cavity.(2)Compared with snowboarding,alpine skiing and ice sledge hockeydisabled athletes,the left ventricular contraction function of cross-country skiing disabled athletes was stronger.
