摘  要:分析了捣固和顶装炼焦工艺对焦炭质量的影响,结合生产实际评价了不同配煤结构下,2种炼焦工艺得到焦炭的质量差异性。研究表明,捣固炼焦工艺可明显改善焦炭的耐磨强度、反应后强度,对焦炭的反应性改善作用较小,对焦炭的抗碎强度可能起改善作用,也可能起劣化作用,其取决于优质焦煤、肥煤的配入量。In this paper,the influence of different cokemaking processes on coke quality between topcharge battery and stamp-charge battery is studied.Based on actual production,the coke qualities by the two processes with different coal blending compositions are analyzed.The result shows that the stamp-charge cokemaking can obviously improve the abrasion resistance(M10)and coke strength after reaction(CSR),but has little improvement of coke reactivity index(CRI).The crushing strength of coke(M40)could be possibly improved or degraded,it depends on the proportion of premium coking coal and fat coal.
