摘  要:提出一种预应力CFRP板反向张拉锚固装置,该装置依靠张拉附加件实施逆向张拉,其中夹片式锚具由一体成型的锚杯和楔形夹片组成.基于ABAQUS软件对夹片式锚具进行非线性有限元模拟,对影响锚固性能的关键参数进行分析.结果表明:预紧位移存在合理范围,在此范围内预紧位移仅影响预紧后的竖向夹持力,而对张拉后的竖向夹持力和预紧张拉总位移无影响;锚杯长度的增加可以减小竖向夹持力,锚杯锥角的增大将导致竖向夹持力增大,而锚杯厚度对竖向夹持力几乎无影响;夹片厚度对竖向夹持力影响较小,而夹片两侧倒角可以减小竖向夹持力在CFRP板两侧的应力集中.A reverse-tension anchorage device for prestressed CFRP plate was proposed.The device relies on the tension accessories to carry out the reverse tension,and the clip anchor is composed of an integral barrel and two wedge clips.Based on ABAQUS software,the nonlinear finite element simulation of the clip anchor was carried out,and the key parameters affecting the anchorage performance were analyzed.The results show that there is a reasonable range of pre-setting distance.When the pre-setting distance is within the reasonable range,it only affects the contact pressure after pre-setting,but has no effect on the contact pressure and the total displacement after pretension.The increase of the length of the barrel can reduce the contact pressure,but the increase of the cone angle of the barrel will increase the contact pressure.The thickness of the barrel has little effect on the contact pressure.The thickness of the clip has a little effect on the contact pressure,while the fillets on both sides of the clip can reduce the stress concentration of the contact pressure on both sides of the CFRP plate in transverse direction.
