基于微信互助的“互联网+”党建、思想政治教育工作实践平台构建

摘　　要：在“互联网+”广泛应用背景下,高校充分利用好微信公众平台等新媒体技术,加强新媒体平台建设,开展党建、思想政治教育工作具有重要意义。笔者提出互助服务的“互联网+”和谐校园模式,探索基于微信互助的“互联网+”党建、思想政治教育工作实践平台构建。给出基于新媒体技术微信的互助服务、“互联网+”党建、思想政治工作实践理念以及相关的系统性合力机制的具体内容。以云南师范大学为例,介绍了党建、思想政治工作相关的互助文化和新媒体技术平台现状,基于微信互助服务的“互联网+”模式,并从用户实名制、消息投放审核、求助发布、助人者与求助者对接、信誉、奖惩、运营团队及条件支持、我心目中的“云师大好网民”评选等方面介绍具体内容。对新媒体时代“互联网+”背景下高校党建、思想政治教育工作具有参考借鉴意义。Under the background of the wide application of‘Internet+’,it is of great significance for colleges and universities to make full use of new media technologies such as WeChat public platform,strengthen the construction of new media platforms,and carry out Party building and ideological and political education.We put forward the‘Internet+’harmonious campus mode of mutual aid service,and explore the construction of‘Internet+’Party building,ideological and political education practice platform based on WeChat mutual assistance.The specific content of WeChat's mutual service,‘Internet+’Party building,ideological and political work practice and related systematic joint force mechanism based on new media technology is given by taking Yunnan Normal University as an example.We introduces the current situation of mutual aid culture and new media technology platform related to Party building,ideological and political work,based on the‘Internet+’mode of WeChat mutual service.It also introduces concrete content from the user's real name authentication system,news release audit,help seeking and publishing,helpers and help seeker docking,reputation,rewards,punishments,operation teams and condition support,and evaluation of‘Good netizens of YNNU’in my mind.It has reference significance for the Party building and ideological,political education in colleges and universities under the background of‘Internet+’in the new media era.
