摘　　要：阐述了太原市百村百期万人脱贫攻坚农业科技培训实施情况、主要效果以及存在的问题,分析了推动农业创新服务平台建设的可行性,根据太原市娄烦县、阳曲县农户技术需求情况和现状,建立了农业创新服务平台(科技特派员管理平台),指出通过开展创业指导,人才引进,技术推广等服务,可以促进科技成果转化。This paper expounded the implementation situation,main effects and existing problems of agricultural science and technology training of poverty alleviation of 100 villages,100 phases and 10000 people in Taiyuan City,and analyzes the feasibility of promoting the construction of agricultural innovation service platform.According to the technical demand and status quo of farmers in Loufan County and Yangqu County of Taiyuan City,the agricultural innovation service platform(science and Technology commissioner management platform)was established.It is pointed that the transformation of scientific and technological achievements can be promoted by providing services such as entrepreneurship guidance,talent introduction and technology promotion.
