摘　　要：通过分析新型建材产品纤维石膏板的性能优势、成本走势和产能瓶颈,以工业副产石膏为主要原料,设计了纤维石膏板全流程生产工艺和配属设备的功能特征;基于高产能、自动化的技术指标要求,重点开发了冗余式稳料供料工艺及设备、异型皮带模腔结构成型工艺及设备、预干燥式高速切割工艺及设备,实现了纤维石膏板全生产过程的连续化、自动化。By analyzing the performance advantages,cost trend and capacity bottleneck of fiber gypsum board,a new build-ing material product,the paper proposes to take industrial by-product gypsum as the main raw material to design the whole process production process of fiber gypsum board and the functional characteristics of the matching equipment;based on the technical index requirements of high production capacity and automation,the paper focuses on the development of processes and equipments of redundant material stabilizing and feeding,special-shaped belt cavity structure molding,pre-drying high-speed cutting,can realize the continuous and automatic production process of fiber gypsum board.
