摘  要:为了明确桶混助剂迈润对乙羧氟草醚的增效作用,采用苘麻为靶标杂草进行温室盆栽试验,设置6个乙羧氟草醚处理(100,50,25,12.5,6.25,3.125mg·L^-1)和6个添加桶混助剂迈润的乙羧氟草醚处理(100,50,25,12.5,6.25,3.125mg·L^-1,含0.3%桶混助剂迈润),分别对4叶期苘麻进行喷雾处理。药后21d调查记录苘麻的株数、鲜重,计算不同处理下药剂对苘麻的株防效和鲜重防效,建立回归方程求得EC90值并计算增效比,分析添加助剂迈润对乙羧氟草醚防除以苘麻为代表的大豆田阔叶杂草的增效作用;采用田间药效实验法,设置乙羧氟草醚处理(有效成分用量分别为40.5,54.0,67.5g·hm^-2),含迈润的乙羧氟草醚处理(有效成分用量分别为40.5g·hm^-2和54.0g·hm^-2)以及清水对照6个处理,验证桶混助剂迈润的加入对乙羧氟草醚防治大豆田一年生阔叶杂草的增效作用及对大豆的安全性。研究结果表明:温室盆栽实验中添加0.3%桶混助剂迈润后可显著提高乙羧氟草醚对苘麻的株防效和鲜重防效,其EC90值由121.38mg·L^-1降至55.29mg·L^-1,增效比为54.45%;田间喷雾时添加90mL·hm^-2的桶混助剂迈润可极大提高乙羧氟草醚对苘麻、鸭跖草的株防效、鲜重防效,以及对一年生阔叶杂草的总防效,同时减少乙羧氟草醚用量40%以上,并且不影响乙羧氟草醚对大豆的安全性。In order to study the synergism of fluoroglycofen tank-mixed with adjuvants Mairun,a pot experiment adopted A.theophrasti Medic.as target weed,conducted with six fluoroglycofen concentration(100,50,25,12.5,6.25,3.125 mg·L^-1),six fluoroglycofen concentration which mixed with adjuvants Mairun(100,50,25,12.5,6.25,3.125 mg·L^-1,adding 0.3%Mairun),and then sprayed them on A.theophrasti at four leaf stage respectively.The study analyzed the synergism between fluoroglycofen and tank-mix adjuvants on control A.theophrasti representative of the broadleaf weeds by recording the plant height and fresh weight,control effect of plants and fresh weight,and then building regression equation,calculating the vaule of EC90 and the efficiency ratio after 21d spray.And another field experiment was also conducted with fluoroglycofen concentration(The dosage of active ingredient were 40.5,54.0,67.5g·hm^-2 separately),fluoroglycofen concentration which mixed with adjuvants Mairun(The dasage of active ingredient were 40.5g·hm^-2 and 54.0g·hm^-2 separately),and the clean water as blank treatment to verify synergism on broadleaf weeds and safety on soybean of adding adjuvants Mairun in fluoroglycofen.The results showed that the control effect of fresh weight of fluoroglycofen with Mairun was enhanced significantly because the EC90 was reduced from121.38 mg·L^-1 to 55.29 mg·L^-1 in pot experiments,and the efficiency ratio was 54.45%.Adding 90 mL·hm^-2 Mairun in tank and spraying it in field could dramatically increase the control effects of fluoroglycofen to A.theophrasti Medic.,Commelina communis L.and the total control effects of annual broadleaf weeds.At the same time it reduced the amounts of fluoroglycofen more than 40%of normal usages with the same effects and no effect on safety.
