摘　　要：在经济全球化背景下,我国中小型企业为社会经济的发展作出重要的贡献,但由于我国社会区域经济发展的不平衡,造成中小型企业集群融资的困难。金融政策的发展应对中小型企业集群融资的困境予以支持,根据企业内外环境调整相关策略,建立解决措施,促进中小型企业的发展,实现经济健康可持续的发展。Against the background of economic globalization,small and medium-sized enterprises have made very important contributions to social and economic development;However,small and medium enterprise clusters is now confronting financing difficulties due to the imbalance of economic development in social regions,and should be given political support.In order to achieve healthy and sustainable economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises should adjust relevant strategies according to internal and external environment,and propose corresponding solutions.
