摘　　要：乾隆十三年本《钦定盛京通志》是一部重要的东北方志,而此书流传不广,鲜有学者关注。此书是在时任军机大臣汪由敦主持下在方略馆中纂办的,为初修《大清一统志》所参考,是研究清乾隆元年至乾隆十二年东北史的一手资料。所增补前志的内容颇多,且有不少亦未见于后志。此书的特点:一是具有简严精核、志乃史书、首崇满洲、理学教化等丰富的方志编修思想;二是有大量资料性、说明性、考据性按语,具有重要的学术价值。In the thirteenth year of Qianlong’s reign,Authorized Shengjing Annals is an important chronicle of northeast China;however,the book is not widely circulated and widely concerned by scholars.This book is compiled in the strategic house under the leadership of Wang Youdun,minister of military planning at that time.It is a reference for the early revision of The Annals on Unification of Qing Dynasty,providing primary sources for the study of the northeast history from the first year to the twelfth year of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty.There are many contents in the preceding annals,and many of them have not been seen in the later annals.The characteristics of this book are as follows:first,there are abundant thoughts on compiling local chronicles,such as simplified and refined core,annals history,first praising Manchuria,neo-Confucianism education,etc;second,there are a large number of comments on information,explanation,textual criticism,with important academic value.
