摘  要:目前,针对农业气象灾害发生发展特点和农业气象防灾减灾工作已经显现出的薄弱环节,主要从以下几个方面入手:加快建立和发展与现代农业发展相匹配的综合气象观测站网、建立健全农业气象灾害预测预报预警体系、建立健全农业气象灾害全方位监测评估体系、建立健全政府主导、部门联动、社会参与的气象灾害应急响应体系、加强农业气象灾害和防灾减灾科普知识多方位宣传力度,大力拓展为农气象服务渠道,积极发挥气象基层部门在减轻极端天气气候灾害损失中的作用,努力提高气象为农业防灾减灾服务能力及水平。At present,in view of the characteristics of the occurrence and development of agrometeorological disasters and the weak links that have emerged in the prevention and reduction of agrometeorological disasters,we mainly start with the following aspects:speed up the establishment and development of a comprehensive meteorological observation station network that matches the development of modern agriculture,and establish a sound Agrometeorological disaster prediction,forecasting and early warning system,establishment and improvement of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system for agrometeorological disasters,establishment and improvement of a governmentled,departmental linkage,and social participation in meteorological disaster emergency response system,and strengthening of agrometeorological disasters and disaster prevention and mitigation science knowledge multi-faceted publicity,Vigorously expand service channels for agricultural meteorology,actively play the role of basic meteorological departments in mitigating extreme weather and climate disaster losses,and strive to improve the ability and level of meteorological services for agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation.
