摘　　要：贵州省农业生产具有显著的地域特征,培养能满足地方农业发展的本土人才十分重要。遵义师范学院作为地方应用型高等院校,将培养应用型和实用型高级人才作为办学方向,要求人才培养要与产业需求和就业需求相结合。土壤肥料学课程是农业种植类专业的必修课,也是服务产业发展和企业人才引进的重要考核内容。目前,一直沿用的土壤肥料学课程教学主要以理论为主、实践为辅,课程考核方式单一,覆盖面窄。新农科背景下,对高等教育课程提出更高的要求,传统土壤肥料学课程的教学方法亟须改革创新,以满足新时代农科建设要求。在分析贵州省农业产业发展需求以及现有土壤肥料学课程的基础上,围绕课程目标、教学模式、教学方法、教学内容和考核方式等内容,提出基于OBE模式的土壤肥料学课程教学改革措施,以期为新农科背景下新型人才培养和土壤肥料学课程改革创新提供参考。Agriculture in Guizhou Province has significant regional characteristics,and it is very important to cultivate local talents who can meet the development of local agriculture.Zunyi Normal University,as a local applied college,takes training of applied and practical senior talents as the direction of running a school,and requires that the cultivation of talents should be combined with the needs of local industry and employment.The soil and fertilizer science course is a compulsory course for the major of agricultural planting,and it is also an important assessment content for the development for the development of agricultural industry and the introduction of talents.At present,the teaching of the soil and fertilizer science curriculum that has been used is mainly based on theory,supplemented by practice,and the course assessment method is single and the coverage is narrow.Under the background of new agricultural sciences,higher requirements are placed on higher education courses,and the teaching methods of traditional soil and fertilizer science courses urgently need to be reformed and innovative to meet the requirements of agricultural science construction.Based on the analysis of the development needs of Guizhou's agricultural industry and the existing soil and fertilizer science courses,this paper puts forward the teaching reform measures of soil and fertilizer science courses based on OBE model around the course objectives,teaching modes,teaching methods,teaching content and assessment methods,etc.Provide a reference for the cultivation of new talents and the reform and innovation of soil and fertilizer science under the background of new agricultural sciences.
