摘  要:以碲粉和镍片作为反应物采用热蒸发法制备了镍碲化合物(NiTex)薄膜。通过改变反应时间获得了不同化学计量比的NiTex薄膜,通过X射线衍射(XRD)对产物进行了表征,研究发现反应时间的延长使得NiTe向NiTe2相转变,其演变规律为Te→NiTe→NiTe+NiTe2→NiTe2。研究结果表明,NiTe和NiTe2共存的薄膜的电导率更高,光电特性更好,有望在太阳能电池中得到应用。NiTex films are prepared by thermal evaporation with tellurium powder and nickel foil as source.NiTex films with different stoichiometric ratios are obtained by changing the reaction time.In addition,products are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).It is found that NiTe phase transforms into NiTe2 phase with increasing reaction time.The regulation evolution is Te→NiTe→NiTe+NiTe2→NiTe2.The results show that the film with NiTe and NiTe2 coexistence has higher conductivity and better photoelectric characteristics,which is expected to be used in solar cells.
