摘 要:土壤动物作为陆地生态系统中广泛分布的类群,具有重要的生态功能。样品采自2017年5月大兴安岭南瓮河国家级自然保护区,对不同施氮处理组和对照组进行分离后,共得到12910个动物标本,隶属于2门4纲11目(亚目)21科。与对照组相比,施氮处理下春季土壤动物类群数均上升,其中低氮组上升的最多;而除低氮组外土壤动物个体数均上升,其中高氮组上升最多。在生态指数方面,与对照组相比,除低氮组外,土壤动物优势度指数均下降,其中中氮组为最低值;除高氮组外土壤动物多样性指数均上升,其中低氮组为最高值。低水平氮添加有改善土壤环境增加动物多样性的趋势,而高水平氮添加对土壤环境可能有负面影响,降低土壤动物多样性。As widely distributed groups in terrestrial ecosystems,soil animals have important ecological functions.Currently,it is not clear for our understanding of how nitrogen addition changes the structure and diversity of animal communities.The samples were collected from the Nanweng Nature Reserve in the Greater Xing'an Mountains in May 2017.After the different nitrogen treatment groups and the control group were separated,a total of 12910 animal specimens were obtained,belonging to 2 phyla,4 classes 11 orders(suborders)and 21 families.From the results,compared with the control group,the number of soil animal groups in the spring under the treatment of nitrogen increased,of which the low-nitrogen group increased the most.Except for the low-nitrogen group,the individual number of soil animals increased,of which the high-nitrogen group increased most.In terms of ecological index,compared with the control group,except for the low-nitrogen group,soil animal dominance index decreased,and the medium-nitrogen group was the lowest.Except for the high-nitrogen group,the soil animal diversity index increased,among which the low-nitrogen group the highest.From the results,low-level nitrogen addition has a tendency to improve the soil environment and increase soil animal diversity,while high-level nitrogen addition may have a negative impact on the soil environment and reduce soil animal diversity.
