中药戒除阿片成瘾的历史和对中医辨证用药的认识

摘　　要：阿片类成瘾严重危害个人身体健康,祸及家庭,威胁社会的安定和谐,如何戒除阿片成瘾是当今世界面临的一个亟待解决的问题。西医治疗毒品成瘾的方法存在一些不足之处,而中药戒除阿片成瘾历史悠久,并且显出其特有的优势。本文将从历代戒烟古方着手,总结阿片成瘾的病因病机,浅谈中医戒除阿片成瘾用药的认识。Opioid addiction are not only harmful to personal health, family, but also threaten the stability and harmony of society. How to get rid of drug addiction is an urgent problem in the world. Western medicine has some shortcomings in the treatment of drug addiction, while traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of detoxification and shows its unique advantages. This article will start from the ancient prescription of quitting smoking, summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of opiate addiction, and discuss the understanding of drug use in traditional Chinese medicine.
