摘　　要：结合6RA70直流调速装置现场使用情况及故障处理经验,详细阐述了6RA70直流调速装置各种故障的处理方法。针对调试运行中常见的简易故障,介绍了如何根据设备表观、表计显示和现场经验进行判断和处理;针对自动显示故障代码信息的一般故障,介绍了如何对照故障代码及存储的故障信息进行判定和处理;并对6RA70直流调速装置常见的几种典型故障原因进行了分析,并给出了解决方案。Combined with the field use and fault treatment experience of 6RA70 DC speed control device,the treatment methods of various faults of 6RA70 DC speed control device are described in detail.In view of the common simple faults in debugging operation,this paper introduces how to judge and deal with them according to the equipment appearance,meter display and field experience;in view of the general fault of automatically displaying fault code information,it introduces how to judge and deal with the fault code and stored fault information;and analyzes several typical fault causes of 6RA70 DC speed control device and gives the solution.
