摘 要:文中设计了一种基于STM32F103的涂镀层测厚仪。测厚仪可以实现对金属表面的涂镀层厚度的高精度测量。具体可测量铁一类的磁性材料表面的涂镀层厚度,也可以测量铝一类的非磁性材料表面的涂镀层厚度。测厚仪的探头结合磁感应测厚法和电涡流测厚法,能够把涂镀层厚度的变化通过相应的电路精确转化为频率的变化,然后经过算法拟合和自适应修正将数据进行处理,最后通过液晶屏将测量结果显示出来。测试结果表明该测厚仪精度较高,而且具有成本低、续航长等特点。A thickness gauge of coating and plating based on STM32 F103 was designed.The instrument can measure the coating thickness of metal surface with high precision.It can specifically measure the coating thickness of magnetic materials such as iron and non-magnetic materials such as aluminum.The probe of the thickness gauge combines the magnetic induction thickness measurement method and the eddy current thickness measurement method,which can accurately convert the change of coating thickness into the change of frequency through the corresponding circuit,then process the data through fitting algorithm and adaptive correction,and finally the measurement results are displayed through the LCD screen.The test results show that the thickness gauge has high accuracy,low cost and long endurance.
