摘  要:传统的输送带接头硫化加热方式存在加热不均匀、时间长、效率低等问题,为此提出了一种基于电磁感应的输送带接头硫化加热系统。搭建了接头硫化感应加热系统的整体框架,然后通过COMSOL软件仿真得出通电线圈作用下的加热板温度分布云图,结合仿真结果,在钢板上的不同位置布置K型热电偶,通过LK-S多路温度记录仪将测得的温度数据记录下来。结果表明:所设计的感应加热系统能够使硫化加热板均匀发热,且由K型热电偶与多路温度记录仪构成的温度监测系统能够对数据进行可靠的采集与处理。The traditional vulcanization heating method of conveyor belt joints had problems such as uneven heating,long time,and low efficiency.Therefore,a conveyor belt joint vulcanization heating system based on electromagnetic induction was proposed.The overall frame of the joint vulcanization induction heating system was built on the basis of electromagnetic heating controller,temperature controller and coil.The temperature distribution of the heating plate under the action of the energized coil was simulated by COMSOL software.Combined with the simulation results,a K-type thermocouple was placed at different positions on the steel plate,and the measured temperature data was recorded by an LK-S multi-channel temperature recorder.The results show that the induction heating system can uniformly heat the vulcanized heating plate,and the temperature monitoring system consisting of K-type thermocouple and multi-channel temperature recorder can reliably collect and process the data.
