痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物治疗老年多器官疾病合并肺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察中药注射剂痰热清联合抗菌药物治疗老年多器官疾病合并肺炎的疗效。方法:选取2019年11月—2020年1月我院收治的54例老年多器官疾病合并肺炎患者,随机分为对照组(27例)和观察组(27例)。两组均用抗生素治疗,观察组同时加用痰热清注射液治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状、体征消失及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年多器官疾病合并肺炎抗生素联合痰热清注射液治疗效果好,恢复时间短。Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine injection Tanre qing combined with antibacterial drugs in the treatment of senile multiple organ diseases with pneumonia.Methods:54 pneumonia patients in our hospital from November2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,27 in control group and 27 in observation group.Both groups were treated with antibiotics,while the observation group was treated with Tanre qing at the same time.Results:The total effective rate observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the symptoms and signs disappeared after treatment and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of Tanre qing injection in treatment of multiple organ disease and pneumonia in the elderly.
