清中汤加减治疗湿热中阻型慢性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察慢性胃炎(湿热中阻型)应用清中汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年7月—2019年7月本院收治的90例慢性胃炎(湿热中阻型)患者,随机分为两组,对照组予常规治疗,研究组予清中汤加减联合方案,分析两组症状改善时间、中医症状评分与不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,研究组腹痛消失时间(11.35±2.19)d、饱胀消失时间(11.18±1.85)d、反酸消失时间(11.03±1.86)d、胃黏膜恢复时间(12.53±1.86)d,均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组腹痛评分(0.53±0.23)分、反酸评分(0.59±0.26)分、饱胀评分(0.61±0.25)分均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组呕吐恶心等不良反应发生率6.66%(3/45)与对照组的8.88%(4/45)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性胃炎(湿热中阻型)应用清中汤加减治疗,能有效缩短症状改善时间,改善中医症状评分,不会增加不良反应,具有临床安全性。Objective:To analyze the effect of Qingzhong decoction on the treatment of chronic gastritis(damp-heat and resistance type).Methods:The data of 90 patients with chronic gastritis(damp-heat and moderate resistance)diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given conventional treatment,and the research group was given a combination of Qingzhong decoction combined treatment.The symptoms improvement time,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions were analyzed in both groups.Results:After treatment,the abdominal pain in the study group disappeared(11.35±2.19)d,fullness disappeared(11.18±1.85)d,acid reflux disappeared(11.03±1.86)d,and gastric mucosa recovered(12.53±1.86)d,which were all lower than those in the control group,(P<0.05);The scores of abdominal pain(0.53±0.23),acid reflux(0.59±0.26),and fullness(0.61±0.25)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions such as vomiting and nausea in the study group were 6.66%(3/45).Compared with the control group of 8.88%(4/45),there was no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chronic gastritis(damp-heat resistance type)with Qingzhong decoction can effectively shorten the time to improve symptoms,improve the score of TCM symptoms,and not increase the adverse reactions of patients.It is clinically safe.
