摘　　要：目的:探讨活血散外敷辅助治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效与可行性。方法:选取2019年1—9月于我院就诊的80例肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组(40例)接受常规保守治疗,观察组(40例)在对照组基础上外敷活血散治疗。比较两组肋骨骨折治疗效果及预后。结果:治疗前两组胸痛评分、肿胀指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3 d、7 d、14 d时观察组胸痛评分、肿胀指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组呼吸运动幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后14 d时观察组呼吸运动幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),对治疗总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规保守治疗方案基础上联合活血散外敷法可提高肋骨骨折治疗效果,对快速改善胸痛及局部肿胀症状具有积极作用,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and feasibility of external application of Huoxue powder in the treatment of rib fracture.Methods:80 patients with rib fracture who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 were selected as re-search objects.It was divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.40 cases in control group re-ceived conventional conservative treatment,40 cases in observation group applied Huoxue powder on the basis of treatment in control group.The therapeutic effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:there was no significant difference in chest pain score and swelling index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The chest pain score and swelling index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3,7 and 14 days after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in respiratory movement amplitude between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The respiratory movement amplitude in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 14 days after treatment(P<0.05)The efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the patients’total satisfaction with the treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:on the basis of conventional conservative treatment,combined with external application of Huoxue powder can effectively improve the treatment effect of rib fracture,which has a positive effect on the rapid improvement of chest pain and local swelling symptoms,and has clinical application and promotion value.
