摘  要:以武汉地铁27号线纸坊大街站南端头地铁隧道为工程背景,运用ANSYS软件,模拟隧道开挖过程中,地表无车载以及不同车速和载重车载作用下的隧道变形沉降情况;探究车载的存在对隧道变形沉降的影响,以及车速和载重发生改变时的隧道变形沉降变化规律。结果表明:未施加车载时,各线隧道的地表和拱顶沉降值都是在初始开挖面处,达到最大;中线隧道的地表和拱顶沉降值都明显高于左、右线隧道。车载的施加,对地表沉降和拱顶沉降均会产生影响;且施加车载后,车轮下方地表和拱顶沉降值都超过了初始开挖面处,地表和拱顶沉降对载重变化的敏感程度大于对车辆速度改变。针对地铁隧道变形沉降特点,在道路下方进行隧道施工时,应严格控制过往车辆载重;必要时,也可以封闭隧道上方路段,以保障作业安全。Taking the subway tunnel at the south end of Zhifang Street Station of Wuhan Metro Line 27 as the engineering research object,the deformation and settlement of the tunnel under the action of no vehicle on the surface and different vehicle speeds and trucks during the tunnel excavation process was calculated by the ANSYS.The influence of the vehicle load on the deformation and settlement of the tunnel and the law of the deformation and settlement of the tunnel when the vehicle speed and load change are studied.The results show that the surface and vault settlement values of the tunnels of each line are the maximum at the initial excavation surface when no vehicle load is applied;the surface and vault settlement values of the centerline tunnel are significantly higher than the left and right line tunnels.The application of vehicle load has an impact on the ground settlement and the settlement of the vault;and after the vehicle is applied,the settlement of the ground and the vault under the vehicle exceeds the values at the initial excavation surface.The ground surface and vault settlement are more sensitive to load changes than to vehicle speed changes.Therefore,based on the deformation and settlement characteristics of subway tunnels,the load of passing vehicles should be strictly controlled when tunnel construction is carried out under the road.If necessary,the section above the tunnel can also be closed to ensure engineering safety.
