摘 要:对处于氯盐环境下的橡胶混凝土内部损伤及承载力的变化机理做了探究,分析了处于浓度为4%的NaCl溶液中的橡胶混凝土试件质量损失及其力学性能随浸泡时间变化的规律及原因。结果表明:受氯盐侵蚀期间,橡胶混凝土的质量损失率呈下降趋势,最大下降幅度为0.896%;橡胶混凝土110 d抗压强度较未浸泡时,有明显增加,质量损失率及抗压强度结果较为统一。此外,橡胶混凝土随橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,质量损失率增大,抗压强度降低;随橡胶颗粒粒径的增大,质量损失率减小,抗压强度增大。综合分析试验结果,橡胶颗粒粒径为3~6 mm,掺量为5%时,橡胶混凝土抗侵蚀性能最佳。In this paper,the internal damage and bearing capacity change mechanism of rubber concrete in a chloride environment is studied.The law and reason of the mass loss and mechanical properties of rubber concrete specimens in 4%NaCl solution with the immersion time are analyzed.The results show that the mass loss rate of rubber concrete displays a downward trend during the period of chloride erosion,with a maximum decrease of 0.896%;the compressive strength of rubber concrete at 110 d has a significant increase compared to the unsoaked environment,and the results of mass loss rate and compressive strength are consistent.In addition,with the increase of the number of rubber particles,the mass loss rate of rubber concrete increases and the compressive strength decreases.The mass loss rate decreases and the compressive strength increases with the increase of the rubber particle size.Comprehensive analysis and test results show that corrosion resistance of rubber concrete is the best when the rubber particle size is 3~6 mm and the content is 5%.
