摘  要:王洼煤矿11采区第2中部车场联络巷围岩主要为侏罗系弱胶结型泥岩,施工时采用U型钢棚支护。由于泥岩胶结能力较差,巷道发生变形失稳;近年来,虽经多次返修,巷道变形难题仍未得到有效控制。采用全断面组合锚注加固技术,对巷道进行了新一轮扩修,并对巷道使用期间的围岩变形进行监测,结果表明:巷道变形得到了有效控制。此项技术在该软岩巷道修复中的成功应用,为煤矿弱胶结型或极弱胶结型软岩巷道失稳治理提供了经验,具有一定的推广应用价值。The surrounding rock of the connecting roadway in the 2nd middle yard in the 11th mining area of Wangwa Coal Mine is mainly Jurassic weak cemented mudstone,which is supported by a U-shaped steel shed during construction.Due to the weak cementation ability of mudstone,the roadway has deformed and unstable.In recent years,despite repeated repairs,the roadway deformation problem has not been effectively controlled.In this paper,the full face combined bolt-grouting reinforcement technology is used to carry out a new round of expansion and repair of the roadway,and the surrounding rock deformation during the use of the roadway is monitored.The results show that the roadway deformation has been effectively controlled.The successful application of this technology in the repair of the soft rock roadway provides a reference for the instability control of weak cemented or extremely weak cemented soft rock roadways in coal mines,which has a certain popularization and application value.
