摘 要:以陕西省引汉济渭工程受水区退水河流为研究对象,基于河流水文条件、退水量及其污染物入河量等因素,针对受水区水域纳污能力开展研究,并核定退水量波动对纳污能力的影响。根据渭河流域3种设计流量,综合分析渭河枯期流量特性及设计流量与实际水文特征的关联性,确定近10 a最枯月平均流量对应的水域纳污能力。结果表明:在考虑不同用水单元废水排放系数的波动性条件下,退水条件变化对纳污能力的计算结果影响较大;引汉济渭工程调水后2025年受水区纳污能力较2015年明显增强,其中河流污染物COD和氨氮纳污能力相较2015年分别提高了12.4%和17.0%。In order to study the pollutants bearing ability of dewatering rivers in receiving water region,the Hanjiang⁃to⁃Weihe River Water Transfer Project in Shaanxi Province was adopted as a research object in this work.The factors of river hydrological condition,the drainage volume and the pollutant quantity to the river were considered.According to three kinds of design flow with large derivation of Weihe basin,the discharge characteristics of the river were analyzed comprehensively.This point was carried out under the both conditions of dry season and design flow based on the actual hydrological features.The river water environmental capacity corresponding to the average flow of the dri⁃est month was determined finally,which was calculated under the design flow in the last ten years.The results show that the variation of de⁃watering conditions has a great influence to the calculation of pollutants bearing capacity,when different coefficients of wastewater discharge are taken into account.The water environmental capacity of the related water⁃receiving area will be enhanced after the transfer project of Han⁃jiang⁃to⁃Weihe in 2025,wherein the corresponding items of COD and ammonia nitrogen will be increased by 12.4%and 17.0%respectively compared with that in 2015.
