摘　　要：[目的/意义]用户研究是数字图书馆领域一个较为成熟的研究方向。系统地梳理国外数字图书馆用户研究的问题论域,选择代表性的文献进行综述,旨在为我国学者了解国外数字图书馆用户研究的现状,开展后续研究提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]首先,采用综合、归纳、比较等方法,对数字图书馆用户行为、用户界面、用户服务、用户需求、用户评估、用户体验、用户培训与信息素养等方面进行了较为系统的综述。然后,总结出国外数字图书馆用户研究的发展趋势。[结果/结论]国外数字图书馆用户研究形成了一些较为成熟的研究领域,出现了一些新的研究主题,产生了一些新的研究热点,有些研究领域有待进一步加强等。同时,国外数字图书馆研究体现出用户研究与数字图书馆系统研究相融合、研究主题的多元化、研究对象的个性化、数据获取与分析的技术化以及研究方法的多学科融合等趋势。[Purpose/significance]User research is a mature research direction in the field of digital library.This paper systematically sorts out the problem domain of foreign digital library user research and selects representative literature for review,aiming at providing reference for Chinese scholars to understand the status quo of foreign digital library user research and carry out follow-up research.[Method/process]Firstly,a comprehensive review of user behaviours,user interfaces,user services,user needs,user evaluation,user experience,user training,and information literacy of digital libraries was conducted using methods such as synthesis,induction,and comparison.Then,it summarizes the development trends of foreign digital library user research.[Result/conclusion]Some mature research fields have been formed,some new research subjects have emerged,some new research hotspots have engendered,and some research areas need to be further strengthened in the user research of foreign digital library.At the same time,it shows the trends of the integration of user research and digital library system research,the diversification of research subjects,the personalization of research objects,the technicalization of data acquisition and analysis,and the multidisciplinary integration of research methods.
