摘　　要：GB 1589-2016《汽车、挂车及汽车列车外廓尺寸、轴荷及质量限值》可谓我国汽车行业的根本大法,其自2016年7月26日发布实施以来,给汽车行业,尤其是在车辆标准化和治理"超载超限"方面带来了非常积极正面的影响。但是,毋庸讳言,发布实施4年来,GB 1589-2016也暴露出一些"瑕疵"或者"BUG"(漏洞)。Based on the practice verification and comparative analysis,this paper points out some"defects"or"bugs"(loopholes)or unreasonable problems identified in the implementation of GB 1589-2016 standard,such as height of trailer guardrail,total length of combination vehicles,vehicle height and clearance circle.It is suggested that the standard be modified accordingly.
