摘  要:在直接转矩控制系统中,电机只能在额定转速以下运行。为了实现电机在额定转速以上运行的方案,解决系统调速范围较窄的问题,提出了一种新型直接转矩控制扩速方法。方法结合弱磁升速理论和增磁降速理论,建立了转矩模型和磁链模型,将两个模型加入到直接转矩控制仿真系统。通过新型直接转矩控制扩速系统与传统直接转矩控制系统理论分析和仿真对比,仿真数据表明,上述方法实现了电机在额定转速以上运行,电机升速和降速响应快,电机转速平滑,说明新方法可以拓宽交流电机的调速范围。In the direct torque control system,the motor can only run below the rated speed.In order to realize the scheme of motor running above the rated speed,the problem of narrow speed range of the system was solved.Therefore,a new method of direct torque control(DTC)speed expansion was proposed in this paper.This method combines the theory of magnetic flux weakening and the theory of magnetic flux increasing and decelerating.Torque model and flux linkage model were established,and two models were added to the simulation model of DTC system.Through theoretical analysis and simulation comparison between the new direct torque control speed expansion system and the traditional direct torque control system,the simulation data show that the method achieves the motor running above the rated speed,the motor speed response is fast,and the motor speed is smooth.It shows that the method can widen the speed range of AC motor.
