摘 要:睡眠质量对人的生活质量影响很大,而睡眠质量的好坏则可通过浅睡、深睡、快速眼动睡眠期(Rapid Eye Movement Sleep,REMS)等睡眠分期来进行判别。提出了一种基于微动敏感床垫进行睡眠分期的新算法。方法首先通过微动敏感床垫采集心电信号和呼吸信号等相关数据,然后利用短时傅里叶变换进行频域的预处理,之后再使用巴特沃斯滤波器进行滤波处理,最后利用固定阈值算法进行睡眠分期,进而得出个体的浅睡、深睡、REMS等不同时段的睡眠分期结果。对比标准的多导睡眠图(Polysomnography,PSG)睡眠监测结果,上述算法的分析结果符合率为92.9%,所得的结果具有较大准确度,对于睡眠健康的深度研究具有很大意义。Sleep quality has a great impact on people's quality of life,and sleep quality can be judged by sleep phase such as shallow sleep,deep sleep,and rapid eye movement sleep(REMS).This study proposes a new algo⁃rithm for sleep phase based on micromovement sensitive mattress.Firstly,we collected the related data such as elec⁃trocardiograph(ECG)signals and respiratory signals through a micromovement sensitive mattress,and used the short-time Fourier transform to perform frequency domain preprocessing,then used the Butterworth filter for filtering.Fi⁃nally,the fixed threshold algorithm was used to perform sleep phase,and then the sleep phase results of different pe⁃riods such as shallow sleep,deep sleep,and REMS were obtained.Compared with the standard Polysomnography(PSG)sleep monitoring results,the analysis result of the algorithm is 92.9%.The results obtained by this algorithm have greater accuracy and are of great significance for the in-depth study of sleep health.
