特种设备检验机构目前面临检验人员匮乏问题的初探

摘　　要：特种设备检验机构的检验人员受编制的限制,越来越突显了检验机构的检验人员匮乏的被动局面,而近年来随着国民经济的快速增长和发展,特种设备的拥有量也在速猛的增长。一方面是检验人员数量基本处于零增长或者增长缓慢的状态,另一方面是逐年飞速增长的特种设备数量。这就形成了近几年来各地检验机构均出现了不同程度的特种设备检验人员与被检特种设备数量明显的不匹配、不协调问题,并且制约了这项工作的健康进行和发展。本文就此问题进行了分析并提出了解决的思路。The limitation of the inspection personnel of special equipment inspection agencies has increasingly highlighted the passive situation of the lack of inspection personnel of inspection agencies.In recent years,with the rapid growth and development of the national economy,the possession of special equipment has also accelerated.Soaring growth.On the one hand,the number of inspection personnel is basically stagnant or growing slowly,and on the other hand,special equipment is growing rapidly year by year.This has resulted in obvious mismatches and inconsistencies between the number of special equipment inspectors and the number of inspected equipment in inspection agencies in various places in recent years,which obviously restrict the healthy progress and development of this work.This article analyzes this issue and proposed the solution.
