福建省高校龙舟运动发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：目前福建省高校龙舟运动发展存在诸多不足:开展龙舟运动的高校数量少,本专科高校龙舟运动开展严重不平衡,女性运动员新生力量不足,专业教练员少,学训矛盾,经费欠缺等.笔者建议通过强化队伍建设,加大宣传力度,塑造品牌,争取多方合作;加强高水平专项教练员的引进和现有教练员的培训;加强女子龙舟队的建设等措施促进龙舟运动在福建省高校的健康可持续发展.At present,there are many deficiencies in the development of university Dragon Boat Sport in Fujian Province:small numbers of colleges and universities carrying out Dragon Boat Sport,seriously unbalanced development of Dragon Boat Sport,insufficient new blood of female teams,few professional coaches,contradictions between learning and training,and lack of funds,etc.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the sport in colleges and universities in Fujian Province,the author suggests that we should strengthen the team building and publicity,create the brand and strive for multi-party cooperation;On the other hand,measures such as strengthening the introduction of high-level coaches and the training of existing coaches and the building of women′s Dragon Boat Teams should be taken.
