摘　　要：针对传统教学模式与应用型人才培养目标的错位问题提出新的思路,其目的是从应用型本科高校特点出发,探索以工作坊为抓手基于OBE教学模式的应用型人才培养的创新教学改革过程,优化教学过程和教学评价模式;提出以“课堂+实验室+工作坊”“教师+工程师+导师”三位一体的人才培养模式,实现知识、能力和职业素养全面发展的育人目标.为新兴的数据科学与大数据技术专业应用型人才培养提供借鉴,保证大数据专业的健康可持续发展.In view of the mismatch between the traditional teaching mode and the goal of application-oriented talents training,this paper puts forward a new idea.The purpose is to explore the innovative process of application-oriented talents training based on OBE teaching mode starting from the characteristics of application-oriented universities,and optimize the teaching process and teaching evaluation mode.A trinity talent training mode of“classroom+laboratory+workshop,teacher+engineer+tutor”is proposed to achieve the goal of comprehensive development of knowledge,ability and professional quality education.It provides reference for the training of applied talents in emerging data science and big data technology,and ensures the sustainable and healthy development of the major of big data.
