摘　　要：阐明不确定度与误差的区别与联系,建立适合教学的含量测定不确定度评定体系,并通过实例详细介绍不确定度在药品含量测定教学中的应用.不确定度为测量结果提供可信度,是检测工作的重要环节.提倡将不确定度引入教学,使之满足科技发展的需要.The differences and relationship between uncertainty and error were illustrated.The calculation of uncertainty was simplified.An uncertainty system suitable for the teaching was established and was introduced combined with specific examples in drug content determination.Uncertainty provides credibility for measurement results,which is an important part of detection work.The importance of the evaluation of uncertainty system was illustrated and was suggested to be contained in error teaching,which is fit for the development of science and technology.
