摘 要:沧海桑田话钱塘,岁月蹉跎忆治江。作为奇景的钱塘江大潮,在两岸百姓眼中却是莫大的灾害,它威胁着两岸平原的安全,为防御潮患灾害、保护富庶的江南平原,一代代水利人为此不懈努力。作为新中国钱塘江防治工程的亲历者和参与者,杨永楚老先生参与了钱塘江两岸的几乎全部治江围涂工程,对一线治江工程的实施有着深入的了解。在参与工程实施过程中,他依靠所学解决技术难题,与同事一起开展技术创新,保障工程高效实施。访谈中,他回忆亲历的治江围涂、技术创新等历史细节,为后人研究钱塘江防治工程提供了珍贵的史料。Time brings great changes to the Qiantang River,and the years drift by as we recall the past.Despite a remarkable landscape,the Qiantang River tides were viewed as a great disaster to people living along the banks for the fact that it threatened the plains’safety on both sides of the river.Generations of water conservancy professionals have made unremitting efforts in order to prevent tidal disasters and protect the rich plains in the south of the Yangtze River.As a personally experienced witness and participant in the Qiantang River control and regulation project after the founding of the New China,Mr.Yang Yongchu has an in-depth and firsthand understanding of regulation implementation as he took part in the regulation of Zheshan Bay section and the reclamation projects all over the two banks.During the process,Mr.Yang used his knowledge to solve specific technical problems,carried out technical innovation with colleagues,and ensured the efficient implementation of the projects.In this interview,he recalled historical details about the river regulation,reclamation and technological innovation that he experienced,providing precious historical materials for later generations to study the prevention and control project of the Qiantang River.
