摘 要:针对辽河油田J16块聚/表复合驱驱替不均,且复合驱后期剩余油仍存在局部富集的情况,将CT扫描技术与聚/表复合驱驱替室内实验相结合,通过对不同阶段岩心进行CT扫描来了解聚/表复合驱在不同阶段孔隙结构及剩余油变化规律。实验结果表明:聚/表复合驱能够使岩心孔隙度、孔隙半径、喉道半径增大,而且能够大幅度降低水驱残余油饱和度,增加驱油效率;同时聚/表复合驱的主段塞驱替阶段是剩余油下降的主要阶段,动用的是相对较大水驱剩余油滴,小油滴难以被驱替,网络状及多孔状剩余油被驱替,并变得分散。研究成果为聚/表复合驱后进一步提高采收率提供了研究方向及理论依据。In view of the uneven placement of polymer/surfactant composite flooding in Block J16 in Liaohe Oilfield and the local enrichment of residual oil at the late stage of the composite flooding,by a combination of CT scanning technology and the indoor experiment of polymer/surfactant composite flooding,the pore structure and residual oil change laws of the polymer/surfactant composite flooding at different stages were made clear by CT scanning of the cores.The experimental results show that the polymer/surfactant composite flooding can not only enlarge the porosity,pore radius and throat radius of the cores,but also greatly reduce the residual oil saturation of water flooding and increase the oil displaced efficiency.The main slug displacement stage of the polymer/surfactant composite flooding is the main stage of the residual oil reduction,during which the relatively large water-driven remained oil droplets are developed and produced,and small oil droplets are difficult to be displaced,then the residual oil of network shape and porous residual oil are displaced and dispersed.The study achievements have provided the research direction and theoretical evidences for the further EOR after the polymer/surfactant composite flooding.
