摘　　要：衣领是衬衫的灵魂,其外观直接决定了一件衬衫质量的好坏。但在穿着过程中,衣领经常出现起皱、领尖保型性差、翻领起翘、底领打拧及洗后衣领内勾等现象,严重影响了衬衫衣领的整体外观。从衣领的样板调整、设备调试、缝制和熨烫方面进行了研究,并对技术改良前后衬衫衣领的外观加以比较,验证了这些技术改进方法的合理性,从而提高了衬衫衣领在穿着过程中的整体美观度。The collar is the soul of a shirt.Its appearance would determine the quality of a shirt directly.However,in the wearing process,some problems of collars happened regularly,such as wrinkle,poor collar tip shape,collar take off,collar bottom twist,washed collar inside-out,which resulted in a bad wearing appearance.The aspects of collar template adjustent,equipment adjustment,sewing and ironing methods on the collar were focused on,and the appearance of a shirt’s collar before and after the technical improvements was compared.The result demonstrated that these technical tips or methods were reasonable,and they could be used to improve the whole wearing appearance of a shirt.
