摘 要:为定量检测彩棉/白棉混纺纱的混纺比,通过单因素试验筛选出易于区分彩棉和白棉的金属离子媒染剂,并利用正交试验优化媒染条件。探讨了优化条件下筛选出的媒染剂对具有生物多样性的彩棉的媒染效果,采用该优化媒染工艺结合根数法对彩棉/白棉混纺比进行检测。研究结果表明,宜采用Fe 2+盐对绿棉/白棉混纺纱进行媒染,优化媒染工艺参数:媒染剂质量分数为3%、处理温度为60℃、处理时间为1.5 h、溶液pH值为5;宜采用Fe 3+盐对棕棉/白棉混纺纱线进行媒染,其优化媒染工艺参数:媒染剂质量分数为2%、处理温度为50℃、处理时间为1.5 h、溶液pH值为4。该优化媒染工艺参数对具有生物多样性彩棉的染色具有普适性,媒染后各彩棉/白棉纱线试样混纺比设计值与实测值的绝对偏差均低于4.0%。In order to study the blending ratio of colored cotton and white cotton,the metal ion mordant which was easy to distinguish colored cotton and white cotton was selected by the single factor test,meahwhile,the mordant condition was optimized by the orthogonal test.The effect of the selected mordant on the biological diversity of colored cotton under the optimized mordant condition was discussed,and the blending ratio of dyed colored cotton/white cotton blended yarn was tested by the optimal mordant method combined with the fiber number counting method.The results showed that it was advisable to mordant green cotton/white cotton blended yarn with Fe 2+salt.The optimized mordant dyeing parameters were as follows:the mass fraction of mordant was 3%,the treatment temperature was 60℃,the treatment time was 1.5 h and the solution pH value was 5.Fe 3+salt had the best mordant dyeing effect on the brown cotton/white cotton blended yarn,and the optimized mordant dyeing parameters were as follows:the mass fraction of mordant was 2%,the treatment temperature was 50℃,the treatment time was 1.5 h and the solution pH value was 4.The absolute deviation between the measured value and the actual value of the blending ratio of colored cotton/white cotton blended yarn after mordant dyeing was less than 4.0%.
